What a typical connection involves
Information we need from you
The public IP addresses of your switch or PBX, the codecs you support, expected concurrent calls and the destinations you intend to send. With this we configure the interconnect and share the SIP details for your side.
Testing and go-live
We start with test calls in both directions to confirm signalling, audio and caller ID, then run a short period of controlled traffic before opening the connection fully. Any change on either side is coordinated in advance so that live traffic is not affected.
Ongoing support
Once live, the connection is covered by our monitoring and support. If you change equipment, add capacity or move to a new data centre, we update the interconnect with you rather than leaving you to work it out alone.
