How voice connectivity works with CGN
Choosing between CLI and non-CLI routes
CLI routes deliver the caller ID to the called party and are the usual choice for retail, business and call-centre traffic where the number must display correctly. Non-CLI routes are typically lower cost and suit traffic where caller ID is not required. We help you match each destination to the route type that fits your quality and budget requirements.
Testing before you commit traffic
Before live traffic is routed, we provide test access so you can place calls to your key destinations and check answer rates, audio quality and post-dial delay against your own benchmarks. Routes are only added to your routing plan once you are satisfied with the results.
Commercial and technical setup
Interconnection is over SIP with IP authentication. Rates are provided per destination, and traffic can be prepaid or on agreed credit terms. Typical onboarding, from first contact to live traffic, is a matter of days once test calls are approved.
