How an engagement works
Assessment
We review your current servers, network, hosting and backups, and document what is in place, what is at risk and what is costing more than it should. The output is a prioritised list of recommendations you can act on in stages.
Design and deployment
For new infrastructure or a significant change, we produce a design covering servers, network, security and backups, then deploy it or work alongside your team to do so. Documentation is part of the deliverable.
Optimisation and ongoing advice
Once infrastructure is running, periodic reviews keep it aligned with your applications and growth. Where useful, our monitoring and server management services take over the day-to-day operation.
